Boys

high knees, butt kicks, etc...strides
3x800m threshold - smooth
4x300m at mile race pace - smooth, , snappy
3x150m strides - 800m race pace
10 min cool down

Girls
10min jog
high knees, butt kicks, etc...strides
3x600m threshold - smooth
4x300m at mile race pace - smooth, snappy
3x150m strides - 800m race pace
5 min cool down
