The Somers XC Community is encouraged to support our team member and his family.
Please join us on Saturday October 2nd when the Children’s Cancer Fund will host its 13th annual walk to raise money in support of its efforts assisting children and their families who have been impacted by childhood cancer.
This 5K Walk-a-thon will start at 10 AM at the FDR Park in Yorktown Heights, NY. We are walking to honor the memory of our courageous and beloved daughter and sister, Eeva. The meeting place is at the swimming pool parking lot by the staircase to the tents @9:15AM (follow the signs once you enter the Park). If you cannot come to the walk, you can send your donation to the CCF with a note of “In the Memory of Eeva Crannell”. You can register via website or prior to the walk on Oct, 2nd. Eeva’s friends at the Somers High, please send this note to your ‘thousands of FB friends” and others, too.
