Friday's practice is mandatory for all athletes. NOBODY IS EXCUSED FOR WINTER BALL SET UP WITHOUT TALKING TO COACH FULTON OR COACH ARNESEN.
All varsity athletes are expected to be at practice for a workout. Any athlete who is not at practice without talking to a coach first - your season will be over.
